Braun & Quarld visits GVB 2025: During the week of November 18–22, 2025, we had the pleasure of once again welcoming international colleagues from our Chinese partner Braun & Quarld to GVB GmbH – Solutions in Glass.

During the visit, the focus was on shared goals as partners and direct cooperation, including with our customers.
Our customers rely on quartz glass products that impress with their high purity, precise manufacturing processes, high-performance and reliable coatings, and consistent quality standards. Customers have the opportunity to explore our comprehensive portfolio of quartz materials and semiconductor solutions, which are specifically tailored to their individual requirements.
Christmas team fun: karting, mulled wine, and dinner
The week ended on a sporty note: a fun karting competition at Powerarea Lemiers brought all colleagues together once again. Skillful overtaking, fast corners, and lots of laughter made for great entertainment.
Afterwards, we took the opportunity to enjoy some Christmas drinks at the Christmas market in Aachen, which officially opened on that day. We enjoyed the first Christmas atmosphere of the season over mulled wine and other hot drinks. The evening was rounded off with a company dinner in Aachen, where there was lots of laughter and networking.
The week we spent together was a complete success: intensive discussions and valuable insights into the current and future possibilities of our joint solutions have further strengthened our partnership. We would like to thank Braun & Quarld for their visit and look forward to seeing them again soon.
