My tasks at GVB:
Since starting my apprenticeship, I have taken on increasing responsibility, especially for the GVB online store. I am responsible for order processing and deal with customer inquiries by solving any problems that arise.
Why I love my job:
What I particularly appreciate at GVB is the warm atmosphere and the support I receive. Thanks to the flat hierarchies, it's easy to get involved and get help when needed.

My colleagues are always helpful and open. I can ask questions at any time and feel that all my concerns are taken seriously. This positive cooperation motivates me every day anew.
My time off in lieu:
Sport and meeting up with friends are the perfect balance to my working day. In my free time, I enjoy weight training, wrestling and soccer. I'm also passionate about chess, as I enjoy developing strategies and facing new challenges.
