That's me:
My name is Assma El Assimi. I am 23 years old and come from Morocco. I have been living in Germany for about 4 years and started my apprenticeship at GVB last summer as a businesswoman for wholesale and foreign trade management.
My tasks at GVB:
My job consists of learning how the work processes work and what skills are required. I can implement what I learn independently and prepare myself to be a good product manager in the future.
That's why I love my job at GVB:
GVB is a company that offers many opportunities and chances to grow as a person. As a trainee, there is always something new to learn and do. I also like traveling to trade shows, using my language skills, being able to apply my own thinking, and constantly improving.
That's what I appreciate about my colleagues :
People say that the workplace is usually often serious and scary. But at GVB this is not true at all, all my fear disappeared when I saw my colleagues and our boss talking and joking with each other in a friendly way, everyone is nice to me and this makes the working atmosphere so pleasant that it makes me happy every day and motivates me to come here.
This is my compensatory time off:
I love spending time with my family, I'm also a bookworm, I love K-dramas and I'm a big fan of Disney movies. Sometimes I also play video games with my friends on weekends.
